Pros

Global organisation, Good product assortment, Sigma and Ameron brands are well regarded. The old Sigma and Ameron team are professional and dedicated.

Cons

Lots of control, some management and zero leadership. Ego driven and damaging local country management that appears to be answerable to no one.

Pros

Like all companies, your overall experience depends on the department and team you are in. I am fortunate enough to have been a member of two great teams with very nice people. I was part of both a Mexican team and an international one. Excellent benefits programs. Great work/life balance.

Cons

I would have liked to learn more and be able to grow professionally and economically. Projects seem to have many issues with communication and timelines. Compensation for Mexico is competitive at the beggining, but once you start growing within the company and move to other departments it stagnates in comparison to international salaries.
