Great Company with Great Work - Life Balance
Pros
Positive work environment created by the people I work with. Supportive team culture and a great company to work for. Company is not heavily focused on micromanagement, sense of ownership of your territory and great flexibility. The goals set by the company are realistic and achievable. Taking ownership of my territory as helped me to develop skills in personal growth, customer service, and progress in my career.
Cons
PPG on the architectural side is that we operate with a relatively small staff. We could use at least 2 employees per store. The employees on the store level take on extra work loads and responsibilities that can let things orders and tasks fall through the cracks. These situations hurt service and growing/retaining business. This highly impacts the overall growth potential of the business.
