Pros

Interesting Cliental, open atmosphere and demanding environment. Like any sales driven career, business friendships are made with professional superiority.

Cons

The hours and pay a store manager work and make are not a reflection of the demand placed upon that individual. It is a highly competitive market when garnering new business and is an expectation of that manager to sustain positive growth while managing all facets of daily operations and sales. This is not the same shared viewpoint by corporate management. The expectations absolutely outweigh the reward.

Pros

Opportunity to develop languages, using languages in daily work. Lots of trainings, teambuildings, team dinners. Personal approach towards employees, many opportunities and jobs.

Cons

The biggest issues are two. First is a low salary: the requirements are quite high but the salary is low and there are no personal bonuses. The second is timed contract for one year, which is especially not good for young women.
