Pros

-High exposure for new graduates -Great for networking with contractors and vendors as it is a large company. -Corporate management is extremely thorough and will provide resources when requested -Amazing technical support for software and hardware issues.

Cons

-It is not a good place to make a carrier, depending on your background. -University students will not feel challenged and will need to seek out tasks -Middle managers are hit and miss in terms of accountability and experience -There is a critical lack of organization and communication in many area's -Human Resources are inadequate in Canada for the scale of operation
