Pros

no pros at all, company provides car, you pay for it. Possibility for bonus, but management reserves the right to make changes at any time and they do, when it's time to pay out. Holidays? Nope can't have them if they fall on a weekend, sorry? Are you good at what you do? Do you overachieve on goals? So what, we don't care, you are easily replaced. Are you working to make a living to support yourself? Look else where, won't happen here. Do you live to work? This is the company for you!

Cons

this is the most horrible company I have ever worked for, no work/life balance, no compassion for employees, it's all about the $$$$. They can't do a thing right at store level, and the favorite phrase? It is what it is.

If you're recognized as a top talent in this organization, particularly in finance, management will invest in and foster your career growth. You must be willing to relocate every few years.

Cons

As with any large organization, there's a lot of bureaucracy. At times, the decisions being made seem counter-productive and in general there doesn't seem to be great planning in terms of preparing for the knowledge gap (back-filling) when baby boomers retire.
