      Job security......Global company, so unlikely to fail.. Very strong on Health & Safety Mostly great work colleagues and customers alike. A Brand & product range you can sell with confidence

      Cons

      Regularly req'd to work alone 10 hrs 7am to 5pm with no break, of which 8 hrs pd, claim 1 hr time in lieu. Working through the "10th" hour (lunch break) is unpaid and not allowed to claim in lieu. Very admin heavy with enough daily check lists alone to occupy 1/2 the day, let alone time for customers. Training, although endless, is at best mediocure, all of which was "online". Otherwise you were just left to muddle on and teach yourself All centres work on absolute minimum staff. Company motto of "We trust our staff everyday in every way" couldn't be further from the truth. Managers cannot approve staff holidays or even stationery and staff contracts actually state they are directly answerable to a Regional Manager.
