      Pros

      work-life balance is only thing which is good .

      Cons

      1-Hire and Fire policy. They can remove you anytime by raising your PIP even if you are doing good at work. 2- Here manager is everything. No HR role. What ever Managers wants , they implement. 3- Not same increment even if you are getting same rating. 4- Racism if you are not Chinese ( Sorry to say )
