Pros
Three weeks vacation. A potluck lunch around holidays. Sometimes baseball tickets (provided by clients, not the company though).
Cons
Horrible management, belittle you and take out their personal issues on you. Incredibly hypocritical, chastise you for things they just did. If you even try to defend yourself or mention anything, they threaten you with a write up and a note in your personnel file. Constant politics between management affects lower level employees. Inept people being placed in charge of others simply because they possess one skill but severely lack any sort of managerial skills or grace. Toxic environment, do not recommend.
