Large company, american-like approach, constantly growing and providing interesting challenges. From the work load and composition point of view, it's perfect. Ongoing projects, new acquisitions, fluid IT environment which can be subjected to redesign and tweaking, lots of room to have an IT specialist put his innovative spirit into play.

While i understand the purpose of the Brno location is to have back-office financial services, extending the policies to all personnel that works there is a poor decision.
