      Pros

      Pay is average. Company is worldwide. Benefits are good. Conservative management and solid finances. Lots of opportunities within the company at multiple locations.

      Cons

      At my location the staffing was too lean. I get this impression across the company. Management tries to keep costs low with minimal head count, which is a great idea, but in reality it makes for poor performance and high stress for the employees

      Great people, good training, excellent products, room for advancement if you're self motivated.

      Cons

      Below average pay, rarely promote store personnel, employees are looked at as a number not a human being, stuffy/blah corporate culture.
