      - Good entrepreneurial opportunities - Good Training - Good people (clients, and coworkers) - Fun industry - Great benefits - Bonus structure can be rewarding

      Cons

      - old Boys club - performers left alone (for better or worse), underperformers get hounded - tough to get out of store roles, posts held by longterm boys club type people - low base pay, 1-3% annual raise despite performance - store staff turnover and retention abysmal, rotating door of agency found no experience minimum wage paid employees. - assistant manager pay base salary low but can be rewarding with bonus structure, if your store does well
