      Pros

      PPG is one of the largest paint and coatings companies in the US. This position offers a great leverage position when dealing with potential new customers. With all of the acquisitions in the industry, customers have very few options of who they can purchase from.

      Cons

      Benefits and compensation package, for the amount of work that is required the pay just doesn't add up.

      Pros

      It is a company with great potential. And I think their current leaders understand that to achieve the vision they will employ people that are passionate about every aspect of the business and most of all have a true desire to help the progress of humanity and turn PPG into a household name.

      Cons

      A bit of a challenge to break through the resitance to change and no real creativity in how to create brand awarness.
