Pros

No Sunday working, retail that's not retail higher management should take note

Cons

Poor/no training, higher management don't know how to run the Dec centres, how to hire good staff, don't have enough staff to cover absence, holiday etc and throw their teams into the traffic when things go wrong instead if supporting their employees. My advice would be not to work for them

Pros

PPG pays quite well and is very flexible with it's working conditions with many employees allowed the freedom to run their own schedule.

Cons

Lack of opportunities if you don't live in Melbourne. Company is SEVERELY fractured across it's SBUs with little to no real cooperation (in-spite of internal propaganda). Not even all SBUs attend the same company conferences or events despite often working in a similar space customer wise.
