      Place, multinational, people, the corporate guideline given by the region is a good view and how the market is growing in the Andean region

      Cons

      Change the culture as a multinational and know how to communicate the expectations. Train a little more the Managers. Have resources to train

      Pros

      They have extraordinary products ,Quality and support is the best. All costumer feel good around our products once they use and try the quality for sure they will come back.

      Cons

      Leaders, corruption, discrimination, Mistreatment ... they just don't care about their people you are a piece of the maquine if you don't "work" they just changed. It's a lot of gender discrimination.

      - Good atmosphere between colleagues, everyone willing to help. - Nice interaction across all scopes of the business, lots of development inside and outside your department. -Great exposure to global colleagues

      Cons

      - Workload increases dramatically without taking away works for new responsibilities - Local management not clear on Mission and Vision, to much change and volatility on strategic level between corporate and local management
