Little direction from management, training for position was a joke, management sneaks around behind your back checking on you, never a kind word or encouragement given, attitude of upper management while in your stores hurts your relationships, directly mislead during interview by question being answered generally not directly

Freedom in the Field, Interaction with Lowe's Employees, Company Car, GE Fleet Fuel Card, Health Insurance/Benefits. Great company to work right out of college, teaches you how to deal with people on an everyday basis. However, just dont make a career out of it. I feel sorry for people stuck in this job at the 5+year mark (especially the older guys that helped start the Olympic Territories).....

No Promotion from within, Wages are not competitive, Monotonous work in Lowe's,Working 18 Saturdays April-October, Dealing with pro-Valspar Lowe's Management on a daily basis, Underqualified RSM's, Human Resouces is not on your side, 45 Hr Work Week makes all the demands from corporate unreasonable.
