Supervisors don't communicate effectively with each other, it causes confusion for the floor workers as they receive inconsistent instructions. Aren't told what time you will be getting off work, won't know until all tasks are completed, and the supervisors will add on extra work at any given time. Temperatures in the warehouse reach over 95 degrees in the summer. You are rarely allowed to talk with your coworkers.

Salary and vacation time varies from on rep to another with the same years in service. Customers can be brutal and hard to work with. Work life balance can be bad. Overtime pay is straight time unless it’s a ppg holiday. Management doesn’t care about the reps in the field and makes decisions regardless of how it affects employees.
