      Decent paychecks but don't expect career satisfaction

      Pros

      If you want a job with decent 2-week paychecks, this is the place with benefits, health care, generous vacation policy, education reimbursement, and some perks.

      Cons

      Do not expect career satisfaction or you will be disappointed. Career development was most likely handled by hand-picking and a tap on the shoulder. No one seemed to know how when what to do when it comes to this area.
