Pros

Good match on 401k. Good benefits

Cons

Some of the most incompetent group of people I ever had to work and deal with. Upper management are void of any leadership skills, and they don't support their employees regarding career progression or making their lives easier. They will not train you, treat you like a number and they have a "if you don't like it, leave" mentality. It's a great place to start when beginning your career, but not a good place to stay if you want to grow your career. Don't think you'll get any good projects and grow here, they will hire contractors to do the job for them. You will be stuck doing excel sheet work and on top of that, they will cut your bonus to save money. They care a whole lot about money for a company that is heavily regulated. Doesn't even make sense. The turnover is high, no one ever stays here. At least if you're intelligent enough to realize this place absolutely sucks. It's overgrown with incompetent people, management lacks diversity, and management will throw you and your career under the bus to get a promotion. They will sell you out. Horrible place, never going back.
