Very very management heavy, too many chiefs not enough Indians, disrespectful supervisors, ignorant and clueless leadership, incompetent HR, frustrating IT issues, high manager turn over

People running this company are mindless twits. That came from other companies because they failed there and now their agenda is to dish out onto others their misfortune's. Be honest when you hear where they came from and how those companies have gotten good to work for it shows why they no longer work there.... This used to be a fantastic company, (the reason I came here) three years after coming it started to nosedive. Everyone is now overworked, stressed out, treated like you aren't worth anything, like some mud that got on their shoes. and you're replaceable, only thing is that people that come here see it before they get hired now and go elsewhere. Kudos to them!
