      - Good pay, excellent benefits. - Smart and engaged workforce - No lack of opportunity

      Cons

      - Politics - try to avoid it, unless you like engaging in that sort of thing, though, if so, have a “termination strategy”. - Red tape - unavoidable - regulated utility, folks.
