      Place is not what it seems

      Pros

      There aren’t many pros .. I would say the best thing to come from this place was the friendships I made. We got close knowing how bad the company was.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? The company is under the title of a “Minority Owned Business” … it ain’t true. The CEO is a white man that is a narcissist. There is NO work life balance at this place .. unless your related to the CEO. Culture is toxic .. leadership is so afraid of the CEO who thinks he’s God that they don’t support the workers they manage. This place can’t retain good talent because of how bad of a CEO this company has. He belittles his workers and speaks to them with no respect. He doesn’t care for his workers … he constantly micromanages all his workers … I mean there’s at least 4 cameras in each room .. felt as If I was in a reality tv show. This place made me literally sick … They don’t look to push you career wise, they actively lie to your face .. caught a higher up in a lie TWICE. They don’t compensate you well unless your in with the “cool kids”. Stay away if you can. For your own sake … you don’t want to work for a person that doesn’t cafe for you.. during covid my team was in the office in May.

      Pros

      I love that I get the opportunity to collaborate with inspiring leaders and my voice is heard. I also love that if you work hard and prove yourself that your opportunities are endless. I have had the opportunity to get to know many different people and most everyone has the same goals that I have and strive to be a servant leader. I also enjoy working with everyone here. I have the best team that I have ever had in my 10 plus years of being in the industry. I'm committed to always pushing myself and I expect nothing less from my exceptional team.

      Cons

      Like every company, ours has areas for improvement, and I am eager to find solutions. I want to create an environment where job security isn't a source of fear, and success is within reach for those who work hard and have the drive to succeed. I know that our jobs are not meant to be easy, and I will always embrace each challenge as an opportunity to learn. My aspiration is that everyone can experience as much joy from their work as I do, and I am committed to making that a reality.

      Pros

      Pride is the most inclusive company I have ever worked for or worked with. Everybody has a voice and ongoing opportunity to get involved in the company culture and overall company direction. No matter your background, experience, or any other personal or life factors, you are treated as an equal to not only your peers, but to all levels within the organization. Sr. Leadership really leads from the top down, and leads by doing and not just saying what to do. It really is a family here in so many ways, and a place that I am proud to call home now, and for many, many years to come.

      Cons

      Like any organization that is growing, we too experience growing pains from time to time and having to navigate thru new challenges and obstacles to overcome. While the answer may not always be apparent right away, through creativity, collaboration and team work we have been able to solve for just about everything, allowing us to continually grow and evolve as an organization as a result.
