Pros

Bonuses are be great if you can walk the walk with your gross profit

Cons

Favoritism, low base pay, toxic environment, mandarory vaccination. Regardless of medical or religious reasons. Directors are simple yes men to the CEO, ATS isn's the same caliber as well established systems, CEO is far too political. The bad out weighs the good. Don't recommend.

The location can't be beat.

Cons

Everyone is afraid to speak up as there will be retaliation. There is zero loyalty to their employees. Some of upper management are wonderful people, the rest are just in bed with the CEO and will throw their teams under the bus to save themselves. The mood swings of the CEO impact the daily vibe of the office, often negatively.
