Amazing entrepreneurial culture and great people, office space is beautiful and some great opportunities to network. Exciting growth and progression plans, some fun industries and clients as well as an opportunity to work hard and be rewarded.

A little lacking in some processes which can affect longer term productivity

They pay you at a very high salary.

Cons

Benefits are not standard. You pay a high premium from your pocket when signing up for family health benefits. No work from home option. No work hours flexibility yet they prefer you to work more than 10 hours. Very hesitant to grant leave request.
