Pros
Being there for people in their time of need. Overtime shifts ( great way to make more money) Coworkers and I had great supervisors Great with needing time off whether personal or professional.
Cons
Once the company rebranded, the job responsibilities became overwhelming. It was so much information with little to know preparation. The supervisors even had challenges with explaining the new changes so that we could implement them. In addition, the call volume grew exponentially( easily more than 20 calls per 8 hour shift and you may be assigned to take text messages as well); It was hard to keep up with taking calls and documenting. Abusive callers call nonstop some shifts which can take a toll on mental health (nothing the against the company just something be aware of)
