Pros

Incredible opportunities to become a leader of a national company that takes great care of each employee as if they are family. If you have a good work ethic and take on a personal responsibility for any task that you are given, you help nurture a growing business and the rewards are wonderful.

Cons

It's a fast growing company, so you have to be able to deal with the hiccups that may come with rapid growth. There is a disconnect with the field and the corporate office and both sides have valid concerns that can be addressed with communication and modification.

I'm grateful to have a supportive and genuine leadership team! I have a solid work/life balance and I truly enjoy the work I do because it feels like I'm improving the lives of seniors we serve. Our offering of not only salon services, but a magazine and skin products that are so well done is the frosting on the cupcake!!

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see is a standardized, annual performance appraisal process, which I believe is being worked on.
