      surprise the refinery have not kicked us out of the contract yet

      wonder what would the main headquarters think if they really knew how the baton rouge office was ran and the under the table bull crap the do.

      Decent company to work for, benefits are good compared to most other contractors. Good experience as loader if your looking to get an Operator job with a plant. Payed vacation, 401(k).

      Cons

      Low wages compared to other contractors, pay does not equal the responsibility of a chemical loader. High rate of turnover.

      Great group of coworkers and an excellent start to becoming a plant operator or tankerman.

      Cons

      Management needs re-evaluated. The pay does not match the responsibility. Little to no opportunity for moving up.
