      Good money and company is always growing. There is some advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Good ol' boy management. Your in the loop if you like to drink and party and a outcast if you don't.

      Pros

      The schedule is really good, and you have a chance to move up as long as you're willing to put in the work.

      Cons

      On your days off you're on call and some of the benefits aren't as well as other companies.

      Pros

      Good pay and environment, people are great to be around. Easy job to get used to doing once you learn.

      Cons

      Outside position so you will be in the elements, other than that it is straight forward job. Very repetitive so if that's not your thing it's not for you.
