Great company. Get along well with co-workers. Supervisors are ok. However some are allowed to get away with just about anything because of their longevity. As usual good ole boy network in full affect. I've seen people hired who have no business there.

Cons

Dow Plaqumine site. Hourly wage rose fast from $16-$19 in a matter of months. However due to new contracts limited overtime. This voids the hourly wage if you can't get hours.. great job to get your foot in the door. Hard to survive with a family with limited hours.

Nothing but stress it is not a career get thru training get all the money you can and leave once you get in a group money goes downhill they will want you to put yourself on call on off days even when it's not busy‼️

Cons

Worst place I ever worked if you have kids not for you a wife not for you. All management do is accuse an abuse authorities because they went thru something! I could get very slow being on call you really don't have a choice to sleep if you over sleep be ready to see a manager in the am
