      - Management cares about their employees - Culture supports individual growth and learning - Consistent focus on improvement to serve our Credit Unions - "People Helping People" is a true motto and intention of the employees - Work hard and be patient with the learning and the opportunities will happen, but not if you just do the minimum and expect to be promoted.

      - Some workers do the minimum since they work from home.

      Pros

      Opportunities to grow professionally. Many in-house training courses that would cost a lot of money at a College or University. Opportunity to grow and move throughout the company by learning each area and gaining valuable information for your career. Diversity and Inclusion are key factors on our growth. We recognize and empower all employees for who they are. Many employees have long tenure but don't sit back and expect to relax. We all have a job to do to make PSCU successful.

      Cons

      If you are impatient to keep moving up, this may not be the place for you. You have to gain the experience and knowledge, which takes time, but upward (and horizontal) movement is possible and desired.
