      Stability, decent work hours. Great look on your resume for next better job

      Cons

      Neputism, lack of leadership, IT department, constantly rotation of employees, Republican s everywhere, NO INCLUSION AT ALL but they always post how it's important and not practice it. avg time at position is less than 2 years due to rotation of people apply different area in company. OLD SCHOOL, not for people ages below 45. but great step for better companies
