Pros

401k & pension is a plus. Only if you willing to be treated subpar

Cons

No diversity or inclusion. HR needs training. Culture is terrible and Dysfunctional, miserable work environment One of the most poorly run and organized groups that I've encountered. It's only a sweatshop because of VERY mismanaged workloads and they NEVER learn from their mistakes. They loose business and staff constantly and don't admit that it just may be them!! Run from this place....like so many of us have done. HR leadership has no people skills. The turnover in HR is forever revolving. No one is willing to take responsibility. Leadership is OUTDATED. Most of the HR directors should resign or transferred to help manage the "facilities". Turnover is excessive, and no one regrets getting out; only why they didn't do it sooner. Worst executive team i've ever experienced in 15 years of my career. Biased, and hiring is conducted with discrimination against many nationalities, no HR intervention.

Pros

Salary is a plus, not to mention the bonuses. Culture is also great.

Cons

Overtime during outages is more time spent at work.
