Pros
Is flexible, unlimited sick days would be like 10 days a year that you can use without any issues. You can use your PTO at anytime. Work environment and collaboration between teams is pretty good.
Cons
No quick growth within your team. The only way is to apply to the position you want in another team which in my opinion is bad if you like your team and what you currenlty do. There is not a clear guide for you to follow in order to advance in your career. You need to stalk careers opportunities or you will never know what roles are open.
