      Pros

      Great pay, some of the greatest co workers and good benefits. If you can base your job based on the love for the people you work with in the same position day to day then this is the place to be. Some of the supervisors are beautiful people as well

      Cons

      I have no complaints that I have an interest in putting online. The most I can says is, if you are not willing to put your job before your family this is truly not the place for you.

      great overtime, great people, money is great, benefits excellent

      management sucks, they treat you like a seat number and not a person, alot of nepotism. its who you know that can advance you to the next position

      Good salaries, good people working there.

      Cons

      The executive staff has ruined a good company with excessive browbeating, lack of respect and over all arrogance. They have destroyed a positive culture for the sake of punishment, impossible goals to meet and their personal agendas.They damaged the entire fossil division. When Rizzo and his Excelon cronies leave for better pastures, PSEG will grow in a positive direction. I am glad I left when I did.
