Union is one of the worst to deal with if you are mast. Totally different bread and lazy bunch. Mast to mast is often decent. Salary or below industry avg unless your dad worked here or someone you know high up. Yes that's nepotism in its DNA. HR is useless, unless they sense complaint is possible law suit. Training is almost mon existed. Tight budget cuts everywhere. Divisions are filthy.
