Stepping stone to continue my HR experience. Nice colleagues.

Cons

As a contractor you have no so say of improvement in the department and lots of office politics. Unfortunately, my direct Supervisor was a yes, yes person to Sr. Leadership teams and lacked maturity and experience to manage a successful department in talent & acquisitions. As a result my position became a revolving door of contractors coming and going and is continuing. For this to be a established utility company it runs worst than a start up in talent & acquisitions department. Daily Parking fees very expensive.

PSEG is a very friendly and professional environment with many perks. I have been with the company for 2+ years and most of the folks I have interacted with in the company have been there for around or over 15+ years.

Cons

Too many meetings and not enough time to get tasks done. Email responses from colleagues take forever to receive.
