      Pros

      Excellent benefits, PTO and wellness programs.

      Cons

      High level of bureaucracy and red tape. Poor employee training and development. No clear career path most new hires leave between 1-5 years due to a lack of support and direction.

      Pros

      There are not pros for this organization. It is poorly managed from the top all the way down.

      Cons

      Management treats it's employees poorly and they are not flexible. Will try to intimidate employees. The work environment is hostile at best. Managers will curse out load and use the F bomb and the 12 letter curse word on a regular basis.

      - Some colleagues were smart and professional, while some were unprofessional and slackers. - Not expected to work more than 40 hours a week. - Slow pace, which can also be a con. - Standard benefits. - Company has a variety of opportunities.

      Cons

      - Lots of office politics. - Nepotism is prevalent throughout the company. - Not everyone is given the same opportunities to succeed. - Not everyone is recognized for their hard work and accomplishments. - Promotions seem to be handed arbitrarily rather than based on merit/accomplishments.
