      Good pay. Opportunity to work full time for very stable company. Great managers (at least the ones I work with). Great company to use on resume.

      Good people to work with and who are committed to making sure the lights stay on. Management team has a smart business strategy, so the company in financially stable.

      Cons

      Very aggressive in pinching pennies, people come from smaller companies and are amazing at the lack resources. Risk adverse, not innovative and often bureaucratic.

      This is a stable, consistent work environment. good pay. good benefits. secure long term employment. nice office.

      Cons

      the majority of the work force is over 50. they're so old and often stuck in old fashioned ways. dangerous office location (Newark NJ).
