      Pros

      number one are the benefits they offer, even though they have scaled back quite a bit on what they can offer they still out perform most of the other companies at what they offer employees. compensation is extraordinary and most positions with other companies cannot match. overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      extremely difficult to move ahead. lack of promotion. all positions within company are filled through seniority not quality of work and at times you would either need to wait for someone to retire or decide to move to a different position before being able to consider going into different sectors of the company.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere for the most part in the office. Definitely room for advancement within the company in the coming years. People in general are helpful and very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      IT sometimes takes a while to get back to you with issues that should be resolved quickly.
