Pros

Great mission towards renewable energy and energy efficiency. Great development opportunities and corporate culture, remote work, and great projects.

Cons

As with any large utility company, sometimes you can feel like a small fish in a big ocean and folks tend to stay for decades which is great for job security and longevity, but makes innovation a bit of a struggle.

Pros

Good pay , good benefits, good hours , overtime is offered and it is a union job.

Cons

Working in DPC is like being in high school. They are constantly gossiping and finger pointing. If it is someone who doesn’t like you they find a reasons to report to managers about ridiculous accusations. Most of the people that work there have been there for quite sometime and they don’t like new people. The people you work with will intentionally leave out small details of tasks expected from you and then report it to management (INTERNATIONALLY). If you are not kissing up to someone or you don’t partake in the gossiping & tattling they will find a reason to get rid of you.
