      Pros

      Paid hourly every two weeks. Supplied safety equipment.

      Cons

      As soon as the company give you a raise it is taken away because health insurance goes up every year. Does not matter how long you worked for PSG if you are 5 minutes late per year you get fired. To get ahead in PSG you have to back stab and suck corporation crotch.

      There are no Pros at PSG.

      Cons

      Corporate management is terrible and has no respect for their employees. It's all about making a profit and making the investors happy versus taking care of the employees. Employee morale is at it's lowest point and many good people have left the company due too its mismanagement.
