Mkay, so what's this field for?
Pros
*Fair recognition of talent and achievements (translates to getting raises and promotions without asking, but by simply doing fine work); *Great global team, smart and easy to work with / great to learn from; *(only applies to Bucharest team (>300)): Great country manager! Will go to any lengths in order to help and support you. Involved in recruiting also, she somehow manages to bring in the most compatible people. Harmony matters! *company will support your training and continuous improvement (not only with kind encouragements but also with budget) *locally, expect to find a very supportive and inclusive team. Great to work with and also great to drink/party with.
Cons
As with any workplace, you may expect every now and then to bump into a grumpy person. But in general - cons are things too small as compared to the pros.
