      Pros

      PTC and its CEO have excellent vision and ability to execute. I came from one of the acquisitions and I am impressed with the level of communication and employee engagement for such a relatively large company.

      Cons

      PTC is very aggressive in shrinking under-performing lines of business often at the expense of customers and internal morale.

      Cons

      Under paid long term employees. If you have been with the company too long, your salary will be below the market for sure. The new hire coming in the door with less experience will fetch a higher salary. Unless you can stomach that, don't stay too long.
