      PTC offers a clear advantage for young professionals looking to rapidly learn and gain skills and knowledge in the sales area. The teams are all international and very diverse in the Barcelona office. Salary is good, as well as commissions, as a Junior employee.

      Cons

      Little room for growth within the Sales team as it is saturated with veterans in higher positions. Depending on the market you are allocated too, you will operate in very different ways and have more or less opportunities to develop as a young professional within the company

      Pros

      The working environment is really good in PTC. Managers & higher-level management are understanding & supportive. Depending on the product & technology you will work on, there's good scope for self-development. There is good scope for innovation & higher management will surely support you in this. The HR department is also very supportive & actually thinks for their employees from every aspect. Specifically, I would like to say, for those who are having a mechanical background(as they have most of their products based on this background) & interested to develop a career in IT with a product-based MNC, then PTC is surely a place for you.
