      Pros

      Respect for worklife balance, constantly changing environment - excellent challenges for someone who wants to grow, great people.

      Cons

      Unpredictable, as the company needs to shift directions often in order to anticipate and respond to market trends. Some organizations lack the drive to succeed and get stuck in rigid attitutes towards excellence and change.

      Pros

      Quick and fast paced environment. Great People (although they are leaving in droves). Some technologies actually work.

      Cons

      No coherent product-strategy. Acquisitions reminds of a spoilt child at a do-it-yourself store, buying a few things and scrapping what could not be made sense of. Zero focus on customer or employees. Some employees had reduction in base salary and an increase in variable pay to show net increase. Dog-eat-dog culture. NO work-life balance.
