      Good people but not so convincing top management

      Pros

      Very good people & culture with loads of opportunity to learn. Very good work-life balance and people management. Good mix of mature and developing products.

      Cons

      Very reactive top management with plans/product-investment that change every quarter based on financial results. Employees does not understand the long-term outlook and business plan due to such reactive nature of management. HR policies are not very employee friendly, neither any initiatives taken by HR department. They are always looking for scapegoat amongst management to put all the blame on.

      Pros

      Good perks, good people, and good products. Telecommuting allowed. Reasonable vacation policy including your Birthday off. Have exiting new technologies.

      Cons

      Care more about money than their customers or employees. Preach great about importance of employees, but are quick to lay them off no matter how important to success. Pay ceiling. They believe any experienced person can be replaced with several less experience in India. Investments in new companies are at expense of salary increases.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility. Lots of smart, talented people to work with . Tons of variety in projects and opportunities to pitch ideas and recommendations that more often than not are heard and acted upon. Overall great work environment.

      Cons

      Career development tools are plenty, but lack clear advice and direction on how to work with them to create a clear learning path, especially for the average employee.
