Pros
Lots of different projects where you can learn new things data center related. Easy work environment where you are not micromanaged. They fully cover your insurance.
Cons
Not much upward career movement within the company.

Pros
Employees are given opportunities for personal and professional growth and development. The working atmosphere is fun and engaging. Even in challenging markets, management goes above and beyond to provide an atmosphere where all employees feel respected and their opinions valued. Further, management is willing to adapt the company vision to meet an ever changing marketplace.
Cons
Some challenging/difficult personality traits to deal with at times, though I'm not sure how that's any different than 99% of companies out there.
