Everyone is treated very fairly, We all keep in communication with our weekly meeting and the open door policy is the best that I have ever encountered. The CEO and All of management has my deepest respect with the way they do business here at PTS.

CEO is friendly but makes promises he can't deliver including future compensation. Company has too many family members that lack the expertise to deliver the results needed.
