•Fun work environment with great coworkers •Flexible work from home schedule •Good work life balance •Good health insurance & benefits •Great employee discount •Free coffee and fruit

Cons

•Low pay well below market value, very low raises often below cost of living increases •Unwillingness to promote from within, almost all open leadership roles are given to outside candidates •Massive layoffs, especially in 2025 •Cheap, penny pinching management style, unwillingness to invest in necessary tools and support for people to succeed •Poor communication regarding company health •Extremely high turnover at all levels, including 3 CEOs in the last 3 years
