Lack of clarity — there’s no clear understanding of what the management actually wants or what the long-term goals are. Political decision-making — most decisions are taken in a biased, unclear, and non-transparent way instead of a thoughtful or structured approach. No empathy — the human side is completely missing, whether it’s communication, feedback, or handling people situations.
