Friendly environment, Free clothes, great discounts, great benefits even for part time employees! Fast pace makes time go by! Down to earth co workers

Cons

They're really not as flexible with hours as many other companies are. This is coming from an outlet store, i wouldn't know about a full price store.

English speaking enviornment in this retail back office role, good employe discounts on clothes, good for a job starter

Cons

No employee growth plans, 100% internal hiring are over the contacts and not by your performances, not a good ERP system, below avg SCM department
